Trey Blue: Player Journal 2

What’s up everybody?
It’s been pretty wild the past couple of weeks. School is getting hype now that the basketball season is underway. I still get a lot of questions about the transfer but I’m use to it now.
We’ve played five games already and we have a record of 4-1. My first two games I did pretty well. At least better than I thought I would, considering it was my first couple of games is the CPS. We lost to Von Steuben is the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Championship game on TV. We didn't play very well but we will see them again I'm sure. My first TV game, I admit, I was a little nervous, had a couple of gitters. The season is young and I am progressing very well.
After our first loss, we had a quick chance to redeem ourselves against Hyde Park the next day. We beat Hyde Park at our gym by about 25 or so. We are continuing to work hard in practice and get ourselves better. I've had a couple of nagging injuries but I'm getting through them.
Me, Buck (Brandon Ewing), and DeShaun Williams went to see Simeon play Thornwood at the Curie Shootout. It was a packed house as everyone expected and we got a chance to see two good teams play each other. It was a good game the whole way through but Simeon came out on top at the end. We also watched a little of the Robeson, Von Steuben game since our next game was against Robeson this past Thursday. We also beat Robeson by about 25 or so. This weekend we beat Rich Central, Sunday, at UIC. They are a great team. We were lucky to come out on top.
Well I'm running out of words so 'till next time,
