Scouting Report: Athletic guard with a crafty handle on the ball. Justin can score in a variety of ways and could possibly be the most talented offensive player in his class. However, Bocot needs to show more poise as he has yet to see a shot he doesn't like. With an improved attitude on the floor, Justin has made himself more ready for the collegiate level but needs to add strength to his frame.
