Scouting Report: Long and athletic guard with an unexplainable scoring drive. Riggs can literally put the ball in the basket from anywhere on the floor. He has a great shot and is unstoppable when penetrating. When using his teammates, he is also very affective. D'mitri can rebound and is a capable defender when he wants to be but needs to decide to play both ends at all times instead of when he feels like it.
